Guess who is turning 75 today?

Please join all ranks of The Canadian Grenadier Guards, the Regimental Family and the 2709 Guards Cadet Company in wishing former Cadet and Sergeant William (Bill) Reggler, CD, a very happy young 75th Birthday!

Bill started his career as one of the founding members of the 2709 Guards Cadet Company in the mid-1960’ s.  At the age of eighteen, He went on to join the Serving Battalion at the age of eighteen and stayed until he achieved the rank of sergeant. He then went on to join the RCMP but always remained an active member of the Association and is a strong supporter of the CGG Foundation’s support in raising funds when needed.  For over the past 20 years, he has supported the 2709 Guards Cadet Company and the newly launched Scholarship program.

Bill continues supporting the Catholic Church as a Deacon.  Supporting the Regiment on many occasions when religious support is needed.

A true Grenadier and supporter of his Regimental Family and the community.

Being a guardsman has meant so much to me. Being a guardsman at the same time as my father was in the REGIMENT was extra special.
